Currently I'm in a very rainy Gothenburg to deliver my LINQ course for the nth time. I'm not sure if the summer is over but it sure feels so. Last week we where on team building on Mallorca and now I'm in a cold and rainy Gothenburg. Kind of a contrast.
But still, the fall looks very promising and exciting. In October I'll be speaking at SQL Server Summit on the Entity Framework for a bunch of DBA's. That'll be fun :) - "Yes you SHOULD give more control to the developer"
Also in October me and Fredrik will go to the PDC, that's going to be awesome and in November I'll be speaking on Öredev on "Contextual Domain Models". We're also planning a new edition of "Pimp My Code", stay tuned for information about that.
That's about it when it comes to conferences for me this fall. I'll be much to busy doing actual work to get time for anything else. The feeling I'm getting when looking at my schedule is that the .NET community is adapting WCF, LINQ, TDD and patterns around that in a rapid pace here in Sweden. I'm not sure how it is in the rest of the world, how is the adoption in your part of the country?
A side note, I've noticed a couple of comments on my posts about sprocs that I need to get back to. I'll do that in the next couple of days or so.
